Automatic Media Clamp Function

• Printing
  All pinch rollers are down, the clamp pressures of those can be adjusted in three levels (four including OFF), depending on the thickness of the media. Automatic Switching
• Cutting
  Pinch rollers on sides are down while those in the middle are up (or OFF) (Wider media needs all 3 down).

 Continuous Crop Mark Detection and Contour Cut

Even when lamination is applied after printing, "Continuous Crop Mark Detection" enables the machine automatically to cut contour using automatic correction.

Ink Selection

Virtually odorless and user-friendy ink that does not require any special ventilation.
Fast drying ink provides the ability of printing on various types of media with high scratch resistance.

White Ink overlay Printing

Splitting printer head to front and rear, and overlaying printing of color and white enables the accurate printing for long periods of time.

Automatic Ink Switching allows for longer print runs

UISS for continuous printing is standard on JV33 machines. The JV33 can utilize two cartridges per color in 4-color mode. When the ink cartridge runs out, another cartridge begins supplying ink and helps prevent running out of ink. A maximum of 880cc ink per color can be loaded at one time. With 880cc of ink loaded at one time, a 50m (54yd) roll of media can be printed without interruption. Ink cartridges can be changed during printing.

Three variable dot sizes

By producing dots in three different sizes, smooth high resolution graphics are created without a grainy appearance. Even at high speed and in low resolution mode high quality printing is possible.

  It combines cutting data with printing data created by Illustrator, while Print& Cut is handled continuously.
  Image and cutting data can be output to RIP in the same way FineCut outputs to a plotter.
  16 bit rendering achieves smooth gradations and White Over Lay Printing is enabled.
• FineCut 7
  Plugin cutting software for Illustrator and CS3,the tiling function makes it possible to perform divisional cutting of lengthy material.
  Creates cutting data for contour cutting and imaging.
